Masterclass Inquiry Mar 28-29, '25

Inquiry is a unique form of dialogue in Mindfulness training. An exploratory dialogue that follows the experience of the other and the development of insight into it. The basis of this workshop is the practice of Inquiry. In addition to exploring a piece of theory, our main focus will be the embodiment of Mindfulness in dialogue. In this interactive workshop there will be a lot of practice.
