After completing the Mindfulness Child Trainer Course, you can further specialize with the Mindfulness Youth Trainer Course. This two-day advanced training qualifies you to train adolescents and students aged 12 to 19 years according to the Method Eline Snel. You will learn to address the specific challenges and needs of this age group and support them in developing mindfulness skills.
The Mindfulness Youth Trainer training can also be taken independently, without the prior Child Trainer training. In that case, the full training period consists of six intensive days, during which you will master both the basics of mindfulness and its specific application with adolescents. This allows you to help young people cope better with stress, concentration problems and the challenges of adolescence.
Mindfulness Youth Trainer Training Course
The Mindfulness Youth Trainer specialization takes place over two training days and is open to those who have completed the Mindfulness Child Trainer Training. If you have not yet completed this training, then you must complete the full 6-day Mindfulness Youth Trainer Course.
During the training you will be expected to teach a ten-week pilot to a group of young people. Halfway through this pilot, a supervision session will take place. Afterwards you write a reflection report. Upon approval of the pilot and the report you will receive the certificate Mindfulness Youth Trainer in the Method Eline Snel. This certificate qualifies you to train young people aged 12 to 19 years in mindfulness.
